National Lampoon's European Vacation
Greetings and salutations, blogfans.
I'm off to Austria tomorrow for the first leg of my vay-cay-tion (or holiday if, like Mark and Nicci, you find my use of the word hilariously American). I can't wait! It's been nice to see everyone at home but the last week and a half has, at times, felt as though I've been stuck in a holding pattern of sorts. I'm just not used to sitting around doing nothing for so long. Well, with a healthy dose of cycling, hiking and in store after the IAESTE reunion, I can cast aside such sedentary cares. Figure on future complaints being more concerned with whinging about my tired, aching limbs.
